Delivery Information:

• Your order will be sent by Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail.
• Please allow between 5 - 7 days for delivery from receipt of order.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

• If your order is incorrect or damaged in transit you must inform us within 3 days of receipt.
•  To receive a refund or exchange, goods must be returned within 7 days. 
• Refunds may be given via the original payment method or by cheque.
• Exchanges will be dispatched once the original goods have been returned and received by us.
• All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
